Biographical information:
Born December 28, 1945 in Beaumont Texas and passed away peacefully after a long illness on December 17, 2023. Eileen held several clerical positions that she enjoyed such as Freeport Intermediate School and Brazoria County Fairgrounds. She had a great love of people and was quick with a smile. She loved working in her flower garden and greatly enjoyed her dogs. Special thanks to Laura Rosa with Carebuilders at Home for taking such great care of her.
Survivors include:
Partner Bruce Whalen, daughter Lisa Steiner, son Michael Koenig, (Lisa), granddaughter Shelby Stevenson (Guy), Callie Koenig and great granddaughter Paisley Stevenson.

Elaine was a beautiful person, and a ray of sunshine to all who knew her. She was a devoted friend, and genuinely cared about her fellow man. She's been my neighbor as was her mother for many decades. I will miss her terribly. May God comfort you in the loss of this beautiful soul. She is now at peace and is healed.
