Emily Ann Smith Wildy 75, went home to Jesus Aug. 24, 2016 surrounded by her family. Emily was born in Pittsburgh PA. GO Steelers (she was a big Steelers fan)!
Emily was born to Beatrice Elizabeth Pollock and William Morris Smith on Oct. 3, 1940. She is survived by her Nieces and Nephews (nick names), Tabatha Lynn (Tabby) husband Mateo (Mateor), Jalina Clark (Gina) husband Cecil, James Gossett Jr.(Dumpy Doo) wife Jennifer (Jan), Cody Scherrie Pinzon (long legs) husband Joseph (Dago), Autumn Smith, Cindy Sidbury (Cindy Lou), numerous great Nieces and Nephews, and great, great Nieces and Nephews. Emily had a heart for all her family and friends. So many people loved her, she considered all of them her family. Emily loved her Sister-in-laws and Brother-in-law James Gossett Sr., Liz Stewart, Jean Smith, Doris Maddox. Her neighbors Dakota (her baby boy) and Tommy Hatch loved her and where like family to her. She loved her girls Katie Johnson, Angela Johnson (Annie Oakley), Diana Mitchell (Deedle), Sarah Johnson (Sarah monkey face sit on a pot Johnson). Emily was loved by so many kids its hard to name them all. She was the most energetic, positive, up beat person. She lived life to the fullest and was always smiling and laughing. Her laugh was so contagious, you weren't aloud to be sad around her. Emily knew how to have fun! Everyone that knew her has at least one great memory of her epic parties. She was a wonderful story teller with an amazing imagination. Emily went home to join her 3 time, beloved husband Daniel Wildy. She always said the third time was a charm. Emily is dancing and singing in heaven with her Mother Beatrice, Father William Smith, Brother Bruce (Sonny) Smith, Sister Carolyn (Cookie) Gossett, Brother Butch Smith, and beloved Nephew Billy Greg Smith. Memorial service will be held at her house 210 Hays Rd. on September 3rd at 1 p.m.
