Grandma was the epitome of love and faith and strength.
Her faithfulness to our Savior was an example and a blessing to all who knew her. Her wit and humor brought laughter and smiles to every gathering. Her steadfast prayer and love brought comfort and strength and she had a way of making you know that you were indeed special and loved and important to her. Her graciousness and compassion were apparent in everything she touched. As my daddy has always said when hearing her name mentioned: "she's a saint" and that she is and we are blessed beyond measure for having her in our lives.

Miss you Grandma- but I am so thankful for your life!! And I know that your reward is great and your legacy will remain as strong and special as you are to all of us!!

Remember the good memories Lois and Curtis provided us.
I remember,
Your mom always greeted me with a smile and would often take my hand in hers.

I remember the trip out east to the Blue Ridge mountains, trips to Longview to see Evelyn and Morris.
I always enjoyed being with Curtis and Lois whether in their Freeport home, church gatherings, or eating out,
or when Allison and I added a child to our family. Which was quite often.

I did not know Curtis and Lois before Christ, but what I remember most is their dedication to their Savior.
The one thing that your mom would say to me when we would part company was ''KP'', stands for Keep Praying.
That is what I do today.

Praying for God's comfort for all your family.

Eugene and I loved Lois. She was such a special friend. Eventhough after we moved away, and didn't get to visit often, I thought of her. I miss her already just knowing she is not here --- but she is happier now than she has ever been! God bless her family.

So sorry for your loss. She was such a blessing to me and Charlotte when our kids were little. I will miss her.
