I went to school with Lynn until high school graduation in 1957. We even went to the same business college in Houston. I want to wish her family my sincerely condolences, and pray God's comfort as you walk through your period of grief.

Rest in peace, sweet friend! Lynn and I enjoyed many giggles and lots of fun together as childhood friends. This was true especially in junior high. She had a wonderful sense of humor and lived life to the fullest. She had a beautiful faith in God and worshipped joyfully at FBC Lake Jackson.

Thinking of you, Lynn, will always evoke thoughts of Luv Ya Blue, C&W two stepping, the Houston Dynamo, Ricky Van Shelton and our many UTP functions. A super lady, you always added to a good time. When we all get to the big barn dance, I hope you will have saved a dance for me. My prayers for you and your family.

What special memories of a loving friend that I have in dear Lynn! We have known each other for well over 40 years and have exchanged birthday and Christmas cards for at least 30 of those. Her laughter and great smile will be missed, as well as her sincere kindness and thoughtfulness. Special prayers are with her children for their loss.

It was my honor to know and work with Lynn at Union Texas Petroleum. She was always a great team member and willing to help. So thoughtful and remembered everything about her coworkers. I will so miss her and extend my deepest sympathies to all her family.

Judy and I are sorry we will probably not be able to attend the services for our very special friend, Lynn. We have been forced out of our home by the flooding of Buffalo Bayou which damaged Bayou Bend Towers. For the moment, we are living at our ranch in South Texas and will return when the building is functional again.

The poem I gave you so many years ago says everything I felt about our friendship: "Sisters By Heart" We've shared so much laughter-shared so many tears. We've a spiritual kinship that grows stronger each year. We're not sisters by birth-but we knew from the start-God put us together to be sisters by heart." I will forever be grateful for the 45+ years of friendship. Thanks for sharing so much with me, especially your sweet family which I promise I will stand by for as long as I can. Godspeed dear one. Sent lovingly from the "sister" you called Missy Prissy.
