Geraldine Spruce, a long-time resident of Brazoria County, passed away Wednesday, the 27th of May at Manor Care Center in Houston, Texas. She was born near McKinney, Texas on April 6th, 1926.

She had a life-long love of gardening and basketball.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles J. Spruce; Son, Harold Wayne Jeffus; and twin sons.

She is survived by her Sister, Bobbie Watts; Daughter Brenda Swift and husband Harrold; Granddaughter Jennifer Underwood and husband David; Granddaughter Lisa Gaspard and husband Jeff; Great Grandchildren Brandon Swift, Brooke Montgomery, and Alan Underwood.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, May 30th at South Park Cemetery in Pearland, Texas

Deepest sympathy to all the family. We all loved Geraldine very much. I know she's in heaven with Charlie, Mom and Dad, and Granny Dean and Pa Henry telling stories and laughing. Prayers for you all.
