Della was born November 16, 1960, and left her earthly home February 15, 2016.
She was preceded in death by her parents, W.L. "Red" and Delores English; brother, Edward English; and her second mom, Necia Sills.
Survivors include her loving husband, Michael Jouett; daughter, Samantha McManners (Casiro Munoz Jr.), daughter, Jamie Hairston (Britt); sister, Lori Martinez (Balde); brothers-in-law, Terry Jouett and David Jouett (Jellie); mother-in-law, Mary-Ann Jouett; grandchildren, Izeyah, Adryana, Joey, Jack, and Luke; nieces, Lauren Lara (Josh), Kristin Windle, Melissa Chaney (Sam), Monica Berlanga (Justin); her great-nieces and nephews; her God-daughter, Lacie; her special friends, Bobbie and Ciara; and her family for 44 years, the Sills, Ann, Yvonne, Nancy, Donna, Martha, Gary, Bubba, and Herman, and all their children and grandchildren.
Della was a longtime employee of Benchmark in Angleton, and more recently retired from the Brazoria Post Office. She loved living life and wanted everyone happy. She cooked, baked, crocheted, and crafted, and she loved sharing what she created with her family and friends. She loved caring for her Yorkies and cats.
Della's family was everything to her, and if she knew you and loved you it meant you were family. If you happened to love someone she loved as well, then that made you family too.

Della, God needed another angel so he called you home, seemingly too soon...No matter what life handed us at the time, you had a way to make me smile. You're loved and missed, now and forever.

To a loving Angel called back by God so early in life. You were an awesome person in life and I know that GOD called you back because he needed you home with him. Please watch over them grandbabies from above and nurture them as you always have. I know they miss you, but you will forever be in OUR thoughts GONE BUT NEVER FORGOTTEN.
THOSE WE LOVE DON'T GO AWAY
THEY WALK BESIDE US EVERYDAY
UNSEEN UNHEARD BUT ALWAYS NEAR
STILL LOVED STILL MISSED BUT VERY DEAR.

Darling Della. Your life never seemed easy but you found a way to laugh. You were dear to your Uncle Rusty and to me. May you find rest in the Lord.
