She is survived by her son: Scott Casey of Clute, grandson: Justin Casey of Lake Jackson, 2 sisters: Shirley Gray of Cameron, La.; Brenda Howard of Plano, Tx.; numerous nephews, nieces and other family members.
Harriette was preceded in death by her husband: Mack Cecil Shoemaker, son: Bruce Randall Casey,mother: Fannie Marie Edgar, birth father: Daniel Barton and father W.T. Edgar; sister, Ava Darlene Willis; brother, Rodger Edgar; and her long time canine companion, "Tikki".

Harriet was a wonderful big sister. In my younger years, after our mothers death, she was like a mother to me. I will never forget the times we shared together. May she rest in peace as she joins Cecil, the love of her life, Tikki and other family members whom have passed onto the great beyond.
