Richard O. (Dick) Miller passed away on Wednesday, August 31, 2016, with his family at his side. He leaves behind his wife, Etta Miller; daughter, Debbie Gibson and Jimmy; son, Steve Miller and Becca; grandchildren, Casie Sanders and J.R., Jacob McClendon, Mason, Michael and Zachary Miller; and his great-grandchildren, Connor Sanders and Macy Michelle Miller. Dick was very proud of his children and he loved his grandbabies and great-grandbabies dearly. He was cremated and a private service was held by the family. Our Dad and Poppa was a quiet and humble man, and he will be missed so much, we love you Pop.

Etta & Family...So sorry to learn of Dick's passing. I worked with him for 18 yrs. at Dow Oyster Creek Division Vinyl Plant before I moved to Texas Division. There was never a kinder, more soft spoken man than Dick. So many wonderful memories of the early years and family at OCD Unit I. God's comfort & blessings to the Miller Family!!
