Patsy L. Gilliam, 70, of Richwood passed away July 1, 2017 at St. Luke's Hospital in Houston, Texas. She was born May 1, 1947 in Ardmore, Okla. to Dee Embry and Allie Berryhill Embry. She was a member of the Baptist Church in Richwood. Patsy retired from food services at T.D.C. She was preceded in death by her parents. Patsy is survived by her husband of 52 years, B.W. Gilliam of Richwood, 2 sons: David Gilliam of Richwood, Jim Gilliam of Clute, 2 grandchildren: Jared Gilliam and Aiden Gilliam, and one sister: Linda Behrens of Freeport. The family will receive friends 6pm until 8pm Friday at Lakewood Chapel. Funeral services will be 10am, Saturday, July 8, 2017 at Lakewood Chapel with Pastor Rodney Coates.

Patsy was a wonderful and kind person. She and I would share some fond memories of people we knew when we were younger. So sorry for your loss Brent. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
