Upon first moving to Brazoria County in 1958. Henry took a position at Dow Chemical, working for the railroad department. In 1959 he added a second job at Brown's Auto Sale as a mechanic. Ten years later (1969), he opened his own mechanic business, Tri City Auto Service. He became highly regarded as an honest and fair family mechanic, often taking care of his customers for generations. He was admired by the community for his dedication to service until his retirement in 2013. Henry was always ready and able to repair anything needing attention, whether at home or at the restaurant. He enjoyed eating at Smithhart's with his wife multiple times per week and always looked forward to bumping into friends and past customers. After retiring, Henry enjoyed the quiet and spent most of his time in the yard, keeping it beautiful. Henry was a long time member of First Baptist Church of Clute. He will be greatly missed by all of his friends and family.

Henry truly was an honest and fair mechanic. We brought our family "fleet" of vehicles to Tri-City for years (and still do). He try made his mark on our community and will be missed. In sympathy and prayer…

Sandra and Family, We were so sorry to hear of Henrys' passing. We've been neighbors for many years and he was a wonderful neighbor! He was always so friendly and kind. I admired him for keeping his yard immaculate. I would tease him every time I treated fire ants in our yard, telling him I'm sending the ants to his yard...and he would do the same to me. He always got chuckle from that. He was also an awesome and Honest auto mechanic, when I would take my vehicles to him. We will truly miss seeing him, but we know he is in a better place now with the Lord. Sandra, our thoughts and prayers are with you and Henrys' Family. God Bless and Rest in Peace Henry!!

Henry! Honest businessman, great auto mechanic and a truly fine person. He kept our cars running from about 1970 until after 2010. We always told our children when they moved away from LJ, to look for someone like Henry Crumrine to do their car work. Someone smart like Henry, honest like Henry and pleasant to work with...like Henry. Gosh, we miss him. God Bless Henry Crumrine, and be with his family.

Henry kept our cars running through several generations od Dickerson's! In addition to being an outstanding mechanic, he was an exceptionally outstanding individual. The world will miss Henry, but Heaven is rejoicing at his arrival. Rest In Peace, Henry!
