Funeral services for Steve W. Jarnagin, age 54, of Rosharon Texas will be held at 9 am on Saturday, August 14th at Lakewood Funeral Chapel with Deacon Felipe officiating. Interment will be held at Restwood Memorial Park Cemetery. A wake will be held on Friday August 13th from 6 -8 pm. Steve was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on December 15th, 1966. Steve graduated from Saint Joseph High School in Greenville, Mississippi where he excelled in both baseball and academics. Steve then relocated to Texas, where he met the love of his life Debbie Guerra. Steve and Debbie were married in Lake Jackson, Texas on July 25th, 1992. Steve was a loyal employee for over 30 years with his company Intertek as a Global Master Data Manager.

Steve is survived by his loving wife Debbie Jarnagin, his son Joseph Hood, his daughter Cassie Tucker, son in law Daryl Tucker, his brother Doug Jarnagin, sister Susan Jarnagin, as well as his three beloved grandchildren Destiny Tucker, Devyn Tucker, and Hayley Hood. Steve also left behind many dearly loved aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Steve is preceded in death by his father Benjamin Jarnagin and his mother Nancy Jarnagin.

Steve was truly one of a kind. I've known him and have called him a friend for the last 43 years. We shared many good times togethers and he will truly missed.
