He was a loving and devoted husband, father, Papaw, son, brother, and uncle. He spent most of his time with his wife and family. Rene was very spontaneous, adventurous and fun loving.

His family meant everything to him and he was their rock instilling in them to stay strong, united and keep faith in the Lord. His spirit was pure with a gentle heart and never met a stranger.

Rene is survived by his wife, Stacey Villalpando, 3 children: Dylan Dion, Chloe Renae and Kylie Justice Villalpando, 4 grandchildren, parents, David and Yolanda Villalpando, two brothers, two sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
