Patsy Lue Strother Tompkins 68 years old passed away August 21-2022 at her home in West Columbia Tx surrounded by her husband and kids. She was born November 21-1953 to the late Hares and Lula Strother in Freeport TX.
Patsy will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 44 years Donald Tompkins, and children Cheryl Erdman, Vicki and Russell Guenther, Tina and Shawn Harper, Kevin Tompkins, 15 grandkids, and countless great grand kids, brothers Everett Strother, William Strother, sister Lue Ellen Bergen, numerous nephews and nieces.
She had served in the national guards, worked in fast food, and graduated from Brazosport College with her nursing degree, before she came a full time stay at home Mom.
She is preceded in death by her parents Hares and Lula Strother, 8 siblings, daughter Lori Cross, granddaughter Rachael Erdman, grandson Michael Trevino, great grandsons Joseph Love, and Khaison Sanchez-Wiley.
Funeral service will be at Victory Fellowship 208 Lazy Lane in Brazoria Tx Friday, August 26th, with officiant: Jamie Hill. Visitation will be at the church from 11am-1pm open for the public; services will be at 1PM. Graveside will be at Cedar Lawn in West Columbia following the service.
