Daniel Santacruz, 41, of Freeport, Texas passed away April 2, 2011. He was born September 23, 1969 in Mexico to Canuto and Inocente Santacruz. Daniel was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Freeport,
He was a welder for many years.
He was preceded in death by a 3 brothers: Mario, Francisco, and Augustin Santacruz, and 1 sister,
Benitelia Santacruz.
Daniel is survived by his wife, Nicole, 3 children, Itzel, Daniela, and Jonathan Santacruz all of Freeport,
his parents, Canuto and Inocente Santacruz of Mexico,
1 brother Ismael Santacruz of Mexico,
4 sisters, Clefira, Imelda, Estela, and Margarita Santacruz of Mexico,
numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends noon until 9 pm with a 7 pm Rosary Tuesday, April 12, 2011 at the Lakewood Funeral Chapel.
Funeral services will be 11 am Wednesday, April 13, 2011 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Freeport, Texas with Father Maurice Restivo officiating.
Interment will be near his family home in Michoacan, Mexico.
