Linda Kay's radiant personality and her love for life were truly infectious. Her smile had the remarkable ability to light up any room she entered, making every moment memorable for those with her. A passionate photographer, she found immense joy in capturing the beauty of nature. Her backyard, which she lovingly turned into her sanctuary, was often the subject of her beautiful photographs, reflecting her deep appreciation for God's creations.
Linda Kay is survived by her loving husband, Tim Closs; her brothers, James Ray Williams and wife Lori, and Larry Joe Williams and wife, Thresea, cousin Brad Belvin, God daughters Ceja and Kasi Christy, many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Diane and JC Williams.
A celebration of Linda Kay's life will be held at Talk About Good Restaurant in Freeport, TX, on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at 6:00 PM. This gathering will honor her memory and the light she brought into the world.

Linda Kay was a bright light in this world. She was kind to everyone she met and always had the best stories. People loved to be in her presence. I loved a time I got to come over and just sit in the backyard with her and watch the birds. She had such a way with those animals back there! They knew her spirit was pure. My prayers and thoughts are with you Tim. My heart breaks for your loss.
