Deborah Ellen Smith, 56, of Oyster Creek, left this world to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on June 19, 2011.
Our beloved wife, sister, mother and friend has found peace and rest. Friends and family were the most important elements in Debbie's life.
Her good intentions, for all those she knew, were always pure.
We will miss her wonderful smile, her heart of gold and we will always cherish the love she had for all of us. May God bless you.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m on Thursday, June 23, 2011, at Lakewood Funeral Home with Paul Ortiz officiating.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Anna Belle and Paul Ortiz.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Smith; sister, Anna Mae Wilke; brothers, Johnny McCurley and Paul Ortiz; children, Brandon Watson, April, Holly and Corey Smith; seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
