Robby was born in Houston, Texas to Ralph Robertson Sr. and Emily Broussard. He passed away on August 20, 2011, surrounded by his loving family. He served our country in the U.S. Marine Corps. He worked for the Dow Chemical Company for 26 years as a Pipefitter. He will be greatly missed.

He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Margie; sister, Marsha Zwernemann and husband, Charles; seven children, David Robertson, Rodney Dillon and wife, Tammi, Randy Robertson and wife, Lea Ann, Michael Robertson and wife, Angie, James Robertson, Becky Corona and husband, Andrew, Kathleen Shugart; 15 grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Funeral services for Ralph Roland "Robby" Robertson Jr., 73, originally from Freeport, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at Lakewood Funeral Chapel with Bro. Greg Smith officiating.

The family will receive friends at Lakewood Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m.
