Waldine graduated from Sealy High School and attended Draughon Buisiness College in Houston, Texas. She married I.J. Taska on May 28, 1941. She was a devoted wife and mother as well as devoted follower of the Houston Astros and Dallas Cowboys. She loved to crochet and loved polka music played by Bobby Jones. She lover her family and was a gift to all of us who loved her.

She leaves behind her daughter Lynne Danchak and son Dr. Ronald Taska;

Grandchildren: Tricia Pate, Jeffrey Taska and Andrew Taska and great Grandchildren Ashlyn Pate and Grant Taska.

She was preceded in death by her father, Monroe Severin, Mother Magnolia Severin Klopp, Brother Henry Severin and son-in-law Steve Danchak.

Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on October 27, 2011 at the Lakewood Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at the Restwood Cemetery.
