Davey, Debbie, and Desiree I want you to know how I understand your loss, and what a friend Joyce was to me. She was so enjoyable to be around when we worked together. I looked forward to her bringing sunshine to the office every morning with her bright clothes and happy attitude. She was a lot of help to me because she knew so much about Brazoria Co. property and legal issues. My prayers are with all the family.
