She was preceded in death by her parents, beloved husband James Henson, Sr. and her sister Catherine Page.
She is survived by 2 children: Dr. James Henson, Jr. and wife Cindy of Lake Jackson,
Teresa Brown and husband Brian of Austin,
5 grandchildren: Jamie Davis, Brad Brown, Chad Henson, Cory Henson, and Amy Henson,
5 great grandchildren: Avery and Addison Davis, Kaydence Brown, Landon Brown, and Harper Davis, and
1 brother Bill Tharp and wife Frances of Hattiesburg, Mississippi.
The family will receive friends 6pm until 8pm Monday at Lakewood Chapel. Funeral services will be 10am Tuesday Lakewood Funeral Chapel with interment services to follow at 1:30pm at Huffman Cemetery.
Betty's family will miss her dearly as well as her neighbors and all of her bowling buddies.
