The family will receive friends at the Lakewood Funeral Chapel on Thursday from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 19, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at the Lakewood Funeral Chapel. Burial will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Hawley Cemetery in Blessing, Texas.

So sorry I could not be there for the funeral but please know our prayers are with all the family. Jack was such a special person, always greeted me with big hugs when I came by the house. It's such a blessing to be with a loved one when it's time for them to let and join loved ones in heaven. love, marybeth & 'cj'
