Funeral services for Bobby Ray Gonzalez, age 23, of Clute will be held at 11:00 a.m., following the viewing at 9:00 a.m., on April 18, 2013, at Family Life Church with Craig Taylor officiating. Interment will be held at Restwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 220 Lake Rd, Lake Jackson, at 9:00 a.m. on April 18, 2013.

He was a loving father, an amazing son and awesome brother. He was a unique individual and one of a kind. Bobby we are proud of all you have accomplished in your short time here with us. We will all love you and greatly miss you, but never forget you. You live in all of us and have left us an amazing son, Josiah Gonzalez who will carry out the legacy you have left us imprinted on our hearts, lives and souls.


Until we meet again; our Great Son, Father, Brother, Friend make and prepare the mansion in Heaven, we will soon be with you. Never goodbye, just see you soon. I love you!

Love never dies, inspired speech will be over some day. Praying in tongues will end, understanding will reach its limits. We know only a portion of the truth and what we say about God is always incomplete, but when the complete arrives our incompletes will be cancelled. Amen.


Bobby is survived by his son, Josiah Gonzalez (and Josiah's mother, Amanda); his father, Ramiro Gonzalez Jr; mother, Mary Gonzalez; sister, Amanda Gonzalez; brothers, David Gonzalez, Angel Gonzalez and wife, Vanessa Gonzalez and Isaiah Gonzalez; grandmother, Simona Hernandez; grandfather, Jose B. Hernandez; and grandmother, Carmen Gonzalez; nephews and nieces, Elias Gonzalez, Julissa Gonzalez, lots of aunts, uncles, cousins, and lots of friends.


Pallbearers will be Angel Gonzalez, David Gonzalez, Tory Reyes, Chad McKelvy, Drey Luna, Kevin Maier, Tudy Craddock, and Joey Mendoza.


Honorary pallbearers will be Pastor Craig Taylor, Juvi Rodriguez, Joe Lopez, Brandon Olivares, Johnathan Kouches, Paul Rodriguez, Shawn Moore, Shayne Quisenberry, Dennie Hernandez, Joey Olivares, and Rene Escalante.
