Sarah Ann Davis, 69, passed away at her home on Monday, April 29, 2013.
The funeral service will be held on Monday, May 6, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. at the Lakewood Funeral Chapel. Burial will take place at Mimosa Pines Cemetery in Sulphur, Louisiana.

Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family of my Coach Sarah Ann Davis. Do know, that she made "the difference" in so many of our lives. And for that, we will always be grateful. She was truly the best coach, teacher, and person... a student athlete could have the blessed opportunity of learning from. R.I.P. now Coach!!! You are doing it up on the BEST COURT THERE IS!!!

I will miss Coach Davis so much and our spirited conversations about our mutual passion for Tennessee Lady Vols basketball. How grateful I am for all she taught me .... it is a big part of the reason my own daughters excelled on and off the court. There is an empty space in my life.
