Freddie, I'm so upset you're gone. I've known you, written, talked, and relied on you since I was 10 yrs old:) You taught me Archery, about life , how to manage being away from home, and pressures of college. You talked me through my stresses and problems with my mom. You helped me face my breast cancer diagnosis, and a hundred other things I could name:):) Even though we didn't talk very often, I always knew you'd be there if I needed you... Nothing can replace that !!! I wish you had called me.I wish I could have said thank you and goodbye !!!!! Love, Lynn

Freddie was a sweet person and I was proud to call her "kin." I first encountered her in the FUMC choir here in Nacogdoches and I always knew we were kin and family reunions strengthened our bond. She was witty and such a sweet person to be with. We will miss you.

Mrs. Dannhaus was my favorite teacher while at Clute Junior High and the best cheerleader representative ever! My dad, L.A. Peters, who worked at the school thought so much of her too. To be able to have an impact on someone's life and never be forgotten by that person, is quite special and she was. I have thought of her many times throughout the years and remember so much about her values and strengths. My dad and I mentioned her often. She was loved by so many and will remain a part of their memories.
