December 30, 1940 - December 5th, 2014

Life long resident of Freeport, Texas. Daughter of predeceased parents José Andrés Soria and Maria Refugia Gomez Soria. Owner of El Cid Mexican Restaurant in Freeport and Clute for 22 years. She is survived by her life long companion Abbie, nephew Andy, and following brothers and sisters: Julian, Gorge (wife Delfina), Hope, Sam (wife Rafi), and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased brothers and sisters are as followed: Trini, Galeo, Delores Davis, Johnny B, Maria Hernandez, Profrio, and Gonzalo. If during the course of time, there comes a time to erase me from your mind my memory, conserve me a breath if I live or a tear if I have died. A private memorial service was held in Nieves honor.
