Linda Gilcrease, 69, of Cedar Lane, Texas went to be with her Lord, Thursday, December 18, 2014. She was born March 24, 1945 in Bay City, Texas to Samual and Lilly Walker. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Clute.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband Barrie Gilcrease of Cedar Lane,
two brothers: Terry Walker of Richwood and Ray Walker and wife Sara of Cedar Lane, one sister: Betty Mc Coslin of Dallas; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 6pm until 8pm Friday at the Lakewood Chapel. Funeral services will be 10am Saturday, December 27, 2014 at the First Baptist Church of Clute with Rev. Lyndon Pettijohn officiating.

The family requests in lieu of flowers donations be made to Alzheimer's, Breast Cancer Research or the charity of your choice.
