Penny Lee Mahaffey
Funeral services for Penny Lee Mahaffey, 57, of Clute, Texas will be held at 9:30 a.m., Saturday, April 4, 2015, at Lakewood with Dan Baugh officiating. Interment will be held at Restwood.
The family will receive friends from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
Penny was born on September 26, 1957. She was the third and last daughter born to James and Belva Mahaffey and joined her older sisters, Cynthia and Jacquelyn.
She is survived by her father, James Mahaffey; sister and brother-in-law, Cynthia and Alonzo Casas; sister and brother-in-law, Jacquelyn and Joseph Baldridge; nephew Zachary Casas and his wife, Melinda; and nephew, Benjamin Casas and his wife, Christie.
Pallbearers will be Joseph Baldridge, Benjamin Casas, Zachary Casas, Ron Colwell, Andy Lamb, and James Wieczorek.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to Mission Fund c/o The Lighthouse at PO Box 696, Lake Jackson, TX 77566.

So sorry to hear of Penny's passing. I remember riding the bus with her and going to spend the night at her house. Somehow mother always knew about her even after we got out of school. Thankful that we are given the gift of memory so we can always caring loved ones and friends within us until we can see them again. Love and prayers to you all

Dear Mr. Mahaffey, Cindy, and Jackie,
My heart is heavy for you at Penny's passing. The most happiest parts of my childhood involve my dear friend, Penny. I remember us having so many good fun times together.
