She is proceeded in death by her parents, Earnest and Nell Harvey of Sweeny, Texas; brother Donald Harvey.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Carroll Dean Garner; brother Gerald Harvey and wife Sylvia Harvey, Larry harvey and wife Nancy Harvey; sister Mary Mooney and husband Tim Mooney; daughter Melody Mauch; son, CD Garner and wife Becky; daughter Pam Garrison; grandson Jeffrey Garrison; granddaughter Amy Patterson and husband Aaron Patterson; granddaughter Tara Mauch; and great grand children.
Marcella was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother and Mamaw and friend and will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

We were so sorry to hear about Marcella at the Class reunion Saturday. Prayers are sent to the family. She was a sweet girl at school and I not seen her in years.
