A wake will be held at Lakewood Funeral Chapel. The family will receive friends at Lakewood from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. on June 26th.
Jared Keith Price was born March 1, 1974, in Freeport, Texas, to Barbara Ann Price and Shelton D. Price.
Jared is survived by father, Shelton Price; sister, Teresa K. Martinez; brother-in-law, Chris H. Martinez; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Clinton Lee Bailey, Johnny Pharris, Steven Pharris, Jamie Price, Chris Martinez, and Jesse Miller.

My heart felt sorry for your loss. Jared was a friend of my son, Michael "Meek" Carlton, and I had visited with him at my son's cancer benefit a couple of weeks ago. I had not seen hin in several years, and it was great to talk with him. It is a very sad time, and God bless you and your family.

The world will be a little less fun and interesting without Jared. I'm not sure when I first met him, I just remember him always being my classmate growing up. I am Monica's mom and my heart is broken once again. First time when Monica and Jared broke up and today to hear of such tragic day. I loved him much and had kept in contact with him. He was a fine caring man to both my grandsons, Elijah and Jeremiah - they loved him. He will forever be in our hearts. Praying for Sheldon on this horrible time. God bless.....
