My heart is heavy, but I find myself wanting to smile as I recall all the wonderful times we shared with Doris and my father. We are grateful for the love and care that she showed him during their time together. .From the time they married Doris made our family a part of her family. We felt like her children, her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren. There was always love and laughter when Doris was around. Even though I cannot be there during this difficult time, I find comfort and peace in remembering these special times with such a gracious lady and am so very thankful that she was a special part of our lives.
