Bobby was raised in the First Baptist Church of Freeport . Bobby was a planner/scheduler for various petro-chemical companies for many years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, son, Shannon Wayne Rouse, and grand daughter, Katie Nicole Sheffield.
Bobby is survived by his wife of forty years, Janice of Lake Jackson, 4 children: Mitchell Ray Rouse of Angleton, Donna DeNell Sheffield and husband Gary of Angleton, Jason Alan Hearn of Lake Jackson, Jason Farris Rouse and wife Niki of Pearland, 12 grandchildren: Lars and Derek Rouse, Tristan, Sianna and Kelly Rouse, Logan and Cameron Sheffield, Craig, Kinsey and Saige Hearn, Brennan and Tyler Rouse, 1 great grandson: Hayden Wayne Hearn, 3 sisters: Edith Richardson and husband V. A. of Richwood, Edna Cadenhead of Danbury, Lois Glover and husband James of Lake Jackson, numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The family will receive friends 3pm until 5pm Sunday at Lakewood Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be 4pm Monday, November 9, 2015 with Rev. Rodney Coates officiating.
