Myrtle David, of Freeport, passed away peacefully on November 28, 2015. She was born in Churchill, Texas, on March 16, 1947. She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Edna Meuth; her brothers, Eddie Pierce and Lewis Pierce; her sister Mary Bonner; and grandson, Timothy Forder Jr. She is survived by her two daughters, Dorothy (Kevin) Jones, of Freeport; and Vickie (Sterling) Thomas, of Freeport; loved as daughters, Rita Morgan and Terry Wilmore; grandkids, Patrica, Adrian, Dalton, Amanda, Sterling and Tristin; great grandkids, D'Andre Jr., Drea and Dredan; brother, Marvin Pierce; step-brothers, Carl Meuth, Sr. and August Meuth; step-sister, Fonda Meuth Richter; brother in-law, Leonard Bonner and numerous nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and nephews.
