Kevin Wayne Pitts
3/9/1961 - 5/16/2017

Kevin was born March 9, 1961 in Freeport, Texas and left this earthly life on May 16, 2017. Kevin enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and cooking for family and friends, and doing anything to help others. He was an excellent mechanic and could fix most anything. He was a graduate of TSTI in Waco, Texas. He worked for Williams Motor Company, M&E and Dow Chemical. He loved spending time with his children, grandchildren and was looking forward to being a grandfather for the third time. Kevin is survived by his son, Kevin Wayne Pitts II; daughter, Jocelyn Aline Pitts; grandsons, Tristan Andrew, Saint Carter, and due to arrive soon, Dublin; parents, Gayle and John Pitts; brothers, Kelly Guy and Kerry Clay Pitts; and special aunt, Terry Arant. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends too numerous to name. Kevin is preceded in death by grandparents, Aline and Guy Whealdon, Madeline Pitts Crabaugh, Susan and W.E. Pitts; and baby brother, Kyle James Pitts. There will be a celebration of Kevin's life on Saturday, May 27, 2017, at 7422 Stephen F. Austin Rd, Jones Creek, Texas. We will honor him by doing what he loved to do - cooking for others.
