Vincent Lara III
5/26/1966 - 2/28/2019

We have lost a beautiful soul with a heart of gold. Vincent Lara III, age 52, went home to be with the Lord on February 28th, 2019.

Vincent was brought into this world on May 26, 1966 in Victoria, Texas, where he resided until he moved to Freeport, Texas in 1995. Vincent was a pipefitter foreman for Zachry construction for many years. His most important role in life was being a husband, Daddy, and PoPo. Vincent is remember by many as a one-of-a-kind man that would give the shirt off of his back for anyone in need.

Vincent is survived by his wife of 31 years, Susana Lara; daughter, Belenn Lara and her son Julius; daughter, Diana Lara and son Caleb Lara; son, Vincent Lara IV, his wife Heather, and their three children Juan, Joshelle and Roman; as well as his beloved dog, Chica. Vincent also leaves behind his brother, Roy DeHoyos and his wife Priscilla; sister, Annette Sanchez and her husband Rusty; sister, Vanessa Flores and her husband Rudy; along with a host of nieces and nephews.

Vincent is preceded in death by his parents, Vicente Lara Jr. and Mary K. Sanchez Lara.

Honorary Pallbearers include sons, Vincent Lara and Caleb Lara, Frank DeHoyos, Roy DeHoyes Jr., Rudy Flores, Russell Sanchez Sr., Russell Sanchez Jr. and Nicholas Sanchez.
