Richard Dwayne Woodward

Memorial services for Richard Woodward. age 53, of Freeport Texas will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 29, 2019 at Jones Creek Baptist Church with Bro. Brent Pittman officiating.

Richard was born August 13, 1965 to Virgil "Woodie" Woodward and Agnes Martin Woodward. He was a dedicated firefighter and EMT for 30 plus years for numerous departments. When Richard wasn't working or doing fire department things he loved fishing and hanging out with family and friends.

Richard was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Bobby Woodward and Rodney Woodward.

He is survived by uncle, George Martin; aunt, Jessie Martin Burch; and numerous cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations to Oyster Creek, Freeport or Jones Creek Fire Departments.
