Levi Damian Graham
8/25/1998 - 7/5/2020
"...overwhelming victory is ours through Christ, who loved us." -Romans 8:37 Levi Damian Graham, of Lake Jackson, TX, went from the arms of his mother to the arms of Jesus on July 5, 2020 in Houston, TX.
Levi was born a healthy baby boy to Lesly Damian on August 25, 1998 in Lake Jackson, TX. Four months into his little life, he was shaken at the hands of his father, and has battled the lasting effects and injuries from this with his mommy by his side. He attended Brazosport ISD in his elementary and jr high years, then transferred to Angleton ISD where he graduated in 2017. He loved watching Sponge Bob and his favorite football team, the Dallas Cowboys.
In his 21 years of life, Levi touched many hearts with his contagious smile and has left an imprint on the lives of those who love him dearly. He was a fighter and an inspiration. In his body, here on earth, he was unable to walk and talk. Now, he is victorious and made whole in the presence of our Father in heaven. "For everything there is a season...a time to grieve and a time to dance." (Ecclesiastes 3:1-8) While we grieve the loss of Levi from our lives, he dances heaven's streets of gold.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Beatrize Lucas; uncle, Sam Lucas; and aunt, Elma Lucas.
He is survived by his mother, Lesly Damian-Murray; step-father, Steve Murray; sisters Ryan Murray and Dylan McGarity; grandparents, Steve and Josie Lucas; great-grandparents, Ignacio Sr. and Lillie Damian; aunt, Lynzee Lucas; uncle Steve (Sheila) Martinez; and numerous other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Serving as Pallbearers, Ignacio Damian Jr., Matthew Furnari, Ernest Damian, Tyler Hunt, Ricky Damian, and Seth Damian.
Honorary Pallbearers are Steve Martinez, Cris Lucas, Deputy Brandy Chambers, Lieutenant Varon Snelgrove, Constable Willie Howell, and Bruiser Boone.
A public visitation will be held at Brazoria First Assembly of God in Brazoria, TX on Friday, July 10, 2020 from 11:00-12:00. The Celebration of Levi's life will begin at 12:00.
