Phillip Dean Patterson

Phillip Dean Patterson, 75, of Lake Jackson passed away on March 19, 2011 at Angleton-Danbury Medical Center. He was born on August 7, 1935 in Junction City, Kansas to Don and Letty Patterson. Prior to coming to Texas, he was raised on a 1200-acre dairy farm, was an FFA member, and active in 4H cattle judging. He and his family moved to Texas in 1982 where he then worked for Coca-Cola and U.S. Contractors. He was an avid fisherman and loved spending time with his large family. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Sheilia Bluejacket Patterson, 7 children: Debbie Peterson, Phyllis Boller and husband John, Todd Patterson, Tonya Lasagna and husband Tony, Aaron Patterson and wife Chrystal, Caleb Patterson, and Summer Colina and husband Daniel, 11 grandkids, 2 great grandkids, and identical twin brother, Bill Patterson and wife Jennifer. He was preceded in death by his parents and 1 granddaughter, Terah Lasagna. He was a friend to many, and a loving husband, dad, and grandpa. He will be missed by all. The family will receive friends Thursday, March 24th from 6-8 PM. at Lakewood Chapel. The funeral service will be held Friday March 25th, 2011 at 10: 30 A.M. at Lakewood Funeral Chapel with James Schippert officiating. Phillip Dean Patterson (August 7, 1935 - March 19, 2011)
