Arthur Jerome Knoll

Arthur Jerome Knoll, 75, of West Columbia, Texas, passed away on June 5th, 2023. He was born on February 26th, 1948, in Blanco, Texas to Alvin and Tillie Knoll. Arthur was a great husband, father, and Opa. He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Knoll, his daughter Amber Mendoza, son-in-law Daniel Mendoza, grandsons Daniel Adin Mendoza and Joshua Mendoza, step-granddaughters Laura Mendoza, Sarah Mendoza, and Emily Mendoza, and step-great-grandchildren Adrian Mendoza, Gary Bivens III, and Emeri Stanley. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alvin and Tillie Knoll, his brothers Alvin and Alfred Knoll, and his sister Ruby Karen.

Arthur served in the U.S. Army and was a proud member of the military community. He worked at Phillips 66 for over 30 years and was a dedicated employee. Outside of work, Arthur had a wide range of hobbies, including gardening, playing checkers with his grandsons, cooking with his daughter, painting, fishing, and was a Master Gardener.

A celebration of Arthur's life will be set at a later date. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Parkinson's research in Arthur's honor.

Rest in peace, Arthur. You will be deeply missed by all who knew you.
