Joseph Mark Mravunich

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Joseph Mark Mravunich, age 65, on November 15, 2024. Born in Dearborn, MI, and raised in Clymer, PA, Mark was the beloved son of Joseph and Nancy Mravunich. He was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Dolores; his father-in-law, John; his sister-in-law, Victoria; and his brother-in-law, Brandon.

Mark is survived by his precious wife, Virginia "Ginny"; his children, Ryan Mravunich (Jaine) and Valerie Hart (Jordan); his cherished sisters, LeeAnn Mravunich, Michele Vaughn, and Marisa Terry (Grant); his father-in-law, Bill Sampson; his sisters-in-law, Patti Abshire and Becky Contreras; and a large extended family, including nieces Nicole (Dean), Ciearra (Dan), and Mia; nephews Ian and Mitch; and many great-nieces and great-nephews. His legacy of laughter and storytelling will forever live on in the hearts of those he touched.

A celebration of Mark's life will be held on Tuesday, November 26, 2024. The service will begin with a viewing at 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral ceremony at 3:00 PM. Both services will take place at Lakewood Funeral Chapel, located at 98 Dixie Dr, Lake Jackson, TX 77566.

In honor of his memory, the family invites all who knew Mark to bring a story to share - just as he always did, bringing people closer through his humor and unforgettable tales.

Our hearts are shattered, but the love, laughter, and memories you gave us will remain forever. You'll always be our MVP. We will miss you more than words can express. Rest easy, dear husband, father, brother (Bruchi), and friend.
