Randal Eugene Jernigan
9/5/1958 - 3/22/2025

Randall Eugene Jernigan, affectionately known as ''Boo'' to all who knew him, passed away peacefully on March 22, 2025, surrounded by his daughters. He was 66 years old.

Born on September 5, 1958, Boo was the beloved son of the late Kelly E. Jernigan and Charlotte L. (Crosson)Moeller. His adventurous spirit and infectious laughter brightened the lives of everyone around him. Boo had a passion for sports, the beach, and the great outdoors. One of his favorite pastimes was building a campfire near the ocean, soaking in the salty air, and finding peace by the waves. Despite his love for adventure, his greatest joy came from being surrounded by his daughters and grandchildren, who meant the world to him.

Boo is survived by his cherished daughters and sons in law, Tabitha Zgabay (Gerald) and Kellie Ann Kaiser (Chase); his adored grandchildren, Brody and Brynn Kaiser, and Zaden and Zenli Zgabay; his sister, Lisa Sheehan; his niece, Erica Saenz; his nephew, Michael Sheehan; and his dear friend, Terrence Westbrook (Tammy), whom Boo considered a brother.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kelly E. Jernigan and Charlotte Moeller, and his stepfather, Lee R. Moeller. Along with many other loved ones.

In honor of Boo's wishes, no formal service will be held at this time. A cremation release will take place at the beach, a place that held a special place in his heart.

The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Tammy, Terrence, and the Angels Hospice team for their compassionate care and support during Boo's final days.

Boo's legacy of laughter, love, and adventure will live on through those who knew and loved him.
