Eugenia Velasquez Lara passed away at home on Sunday, June 19, 2011 at the age of 42.

The family will receive friends at the Lakewood Funeral Chapel from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at the Lakewood Funeral Chapel with interment to follow.
