Louise Jones Crawford, 91, of Lake Jackson, former residen of Houston, Texas, passed away Wednesday, July 13, 2011 at Brazosport Regional Health Care. She was born June 17, 1920 in Dialville, Texas to William Boothe and Leslie Mae Jones.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Lake Jackson and a former member of the First United Methodist Church of Houston.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 41 years, Tom H. Crawford, Jr. and her sister Peggy Hargis.

She is survived by her 2 children:
Leslie Ann Mottern and husband Thomas of Atlanta, Georgia and Tom H. Crawford, III and wife Gwen of Lake Jackson, TX.; by 4 grandchildren: Rachel Mottern, Scott Mottern, Corey Crawford, and David Crawford.

The family will receive friends 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friday at the Lakewood Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 16, 2011 at the Lakewood Funeral Chapel with Pastor Geller officiating.

The family requests donations to the American Cancer Society, Foundation for the Blind, or the Star of Hope.
