Osiel Guel, Sr., age 54, was born, Wednesday February 13, 1957 in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico to Gilberto and Socorro Mendoza Guel and died Monday, September 19, 2011 at his home in Clute, Texas.
Mr. Guel was a self-employed owner of City Auto Salvage in Angleton. He was a member of the Iglesia Evangelica Christiana Church.
Mr. Guel is survived by his parents, wife Graciela Guel; son Osiel Guel Jr; daughters Fabian Guel, Belinda Guel, Graciela Garcia; brothers Mario Guel, Gilbert Guel, Jr., Hugo Guel; sisters Esther Guel, Rhode Almendarez, Paula Herrera, Hilda Onopa, Rebecca Garza, Ana Isabel Sandoval, Idolina Cornier, Maria Elena Benitez, Leticia Rodriquez and 10 grandchildren.

Family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:00-9:00 p.m. at the Lakewood Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held at the Lakewood Chapel at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 21, 2011 with Mario Guel officiating. Burial will follow in the Restwood Cemetery.
