Visitation will be held at 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday evening at the Lakewood Funeral Chapel.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 22, 2011 at Lakewood Chapel with Pastor Scott Hayes officiating. Interments will follow at Restwood Cemetery.
