Margaret Wilson Davis

Funeral services for Margaret M. Davis, age 92, of Lake Jackson will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, February 22, 2013 at First Presbyterian Church of Lake Jackson with Dr. Alan P. Trafford officiating. Interment will be held at Restland Cemetery in Dallas, TX. The family will receive friends at First Presbyterian at 10:30 a.m. on February 22, 2013.

She was born April 9, 1921, in Augusta, GA. She was married to Capt. Romie Davis in 1943, while Capt. Davis was serving in the US Army. Following the War they moved to Lake Jackson, where Mr. Davis joined the Dow Chemical Company.






Margaret is survived by one daughter, Katherine Lynn Davis Russell; one grandchild, Lauren Davis Stephenson; and two great-grandchildren, Talia Gray Russell and Jeffrey Davis Stephenson.


Honorary pallbearers will be John B. Russell, Robert Russell, J. Mark Russell and Lawrence Packard.
