Louis Francis Davis

Louis Francis Davis, 93, passed away Saturday, November 9, 2013 in Round Rock, Texas. Visitation will be 6pm until 8 pm Friday at Lakewood Chapel. Funeral services will be held 10 am Saturday, November 16, 2013 at Lakewood Funeral Chapel with Deacon Wallace Shaw officiating. Interment at Gulf Prairie Cemetery in Jones Creek where he will be laid to rest by his beloved wife of 64 years, Hazel B. Davis.

Francis was born Sept. 9, 1920 in Many, La. to Louis Francis and Leattie Eugenia Davis. He was a 62 year resident of Jones Creek and worked for Dow Chemical Company for 35 years before he retired. He was a member of St. Mary's Star of the Sea Catholic Church. He loved his family and fishing at
Toledo Bend Lake.

Francis had three daughters Dana Kaiser, Elizabeth Franks, Judy Wright and one son, Christopher Davis. He had seven grandchildren: Jason and Jeremy Holder, Stephanie Wright, Jennifer, Larry, and Erin Davis. He also had 2 great granddaughters: Sydney and Hayleigh Holder.
