Clara Virginia Rader

Clara Barton Rader made her journey from this life to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ,

early Sunday morning on January 26, 2014 following a lengthy illness.

Clara was born in Claremore, Ok. On the 6th day of June, 1931. She was a graduate of Claremore High School. Clara married the love of her life, Reginald C. Rader in 1948.

They moved from Oklahoma to Texas in 1951 where they made their home in Freeport, Texas.

They had four children: David, Laura, Bob and Suzanne, who blessed her with 6 grandchildren: Peyton Ansley , Abigail Rader , Emily Rader , Jennifer Grier , David Rader , Michelle Rader as well as six great grandchildren.

Surviving Clara are her four sisters as well as a

host of other family and loved ones. She was a lifelong member of the Church of Christ. She

will be dearly missed by all those she leaves behind to mourn her passing.
Viewing will be held at Lakewood Funeral Home Lake Jackson, Tx Wednesday January 29th 5-8pm. Funeral will be held Thursday January 30th at 10am.
