Luis Lauro Ramirez

Luis Lauro Ramirez, 63 went to be with the Lord peacefully surrounded by family at Md. Anderson, Houston Texas, March 18, 2014 after his third courageous and extraordinary battle with cancer. Luis was born August 14, 1950 to Jesus and Luisa Ramirez in Los Guerras Tamp. He married Elsa Garcia April of 1974. They had three children: Elsa (Mark Medina), Luisa (Isidro "Buddy" Garza) and Luis (Dolores Ramirez), five grandchildren: Chris Anthony, Brianna, Alyssa, Nate, Tessalonica and one on the way. He was a life long resident of Freeport Texas where most in the community knew him for his work as automobile mechanic. He enjoyed family, music, the beach and simply being outdoors and nature (birds). He will be remembered by his funny jokes, friendly loving ways and positive outlook on life. He never met a stranger. Everyone was his friend. Rest in peace, heaven has no place for suffering. We will always love and miss you dad. "Good day every day my friends"
