Funeral services for Muriel Geneva Pousson, 89, will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 6, at Lakewood Funeral Home with Pastor Chris Moore officiating. Interment will be held at Restwood Cemetery following the service. The family will receive friends at Lakewood Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. on Friday, December 5.

Muriel Pousson was born on August 30, 1925, in Paris, Texas to Will and Gladys Stone. She was married for 63 years to Gaston Pousson until his death in 2006. Also preceding her in death were her parents, brothers Johnny, Raford and Alva Stone, sisters Emma Huddleston, Estella Lindsay and Dorothy Williams and a set of twins that were lost before birth.

Survivors include her sons Steven (Laverne), David (Sandra) and Paul (Michelle) Pousson, 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

Pallbearers will be Jacob Pousson, Reuben Samaha, Sterling Stutchman, Eddie Gomez, Pablo Gomez and Rudy Gomez.
