A memorial service for Ernest Ray McGaughey of Brazoria will be held Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 11:00 AM at the Victory Fellowship Cowboy Church in Brazoria. He passed away on April 2, 2015 at the Harbor Hospice facility in Houston.

Ray is survived by his wife Charlann, two sons Ray Wayne (Tammy) of Lake Jackson and Troy McGaughey of Brazoria. One daughter, Jill Reioux (Clifford) of Danbury and three grandchildren: Dustin, Devin and Kaylee McGaughey. A special niece, Ashley Danford and other nieces and nephews. One brother, Nig McGaughey of Oklahoma, and four sisters, Annie Spivey of Somerville, Frances Perkins of Oklahoma, Sherry Kersh of Brazoria and Paula Wadman of Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his parents Ernest and Estalene McGaughey and sister Mada Sue Stovall.

A celebration of Ray's life will be held at the First Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall (310 S. Virginia ) in Brazoria after the service. Please bring any pictures or stories to share.
